We Are Transparent

Financials

Children’s Rescue Initiative is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We aim to be as transparent as possible, honoring your contributions toward a slave-free world.

Our Commitment

To Donors

Children’s Rescue Initiative (CRI) is supported 100% through donations from our many supporters. Next to the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ, their trust and support for CRI’s mission is our greatest asset. To assure that we keep the trust of our donors, we are committed to the highest standards of financial stewardship and transparency.

In 2019, we had our first independent financial review, the results of which are available on this page. In 2021, we again conducted an independent financial review of our 2020 financials. As soon as those results are available, they will also be posted to this page along with our IRS Form 990s.

CRI donors have the option of directing their donation to several areas. 100% of donations that are made to support Rescue Operations, SurvivorCare, or other specific purposes will be used for those purposes.

CRI uses unpaid volunteers extensively. Rescue operations consist of volunteer teams. CRI’s Board of Trustees is composed of unpaid, volunteer members. Volunteers assist with many of the basic day-to-day office functions and communications with donors. CRI also has paid staff, including its founder and CEO, Bruce Ladebu, and Office Manager, Danielle Holtzman. Compensation for all staff is approved by the Board of Trustees and is based on market reasonable rates for comparable organizations.
