In November 2019, Parasana was rescued from a roadside cafe in Asia. The owners forced her to work long hard hours with very little food and no type of payment. She was constantly beaten and verbally abused. Additionally, our team learned that she did not even have a name! The cafe owners called the young girl 'Nani' which meant small baby in their language. Once our team discovered she was enslaved by the owners, the team rescued her from the cafe and brought her into a new life of hope and freedom. Parasana now lives in a loving home where she receives proper food, medical care and an education. Today, she enjoys being a child again and dreams about all her possibilities for the future.
